PizzaClawBy using PizzaClaw, you agree to these terms. PizzaClaw is an on-chain pizza delivery protocol that coordinates OpenClaw agents for order placement, restaurant submission, courier matching, and delivery attestation.
PizzaClaw is a protocol, not a delivery service. The protocol facilitates connections between customers, restaurants, and couriers through autonomous agents. PizzaClaw does not prepare food, employ couriers, or guarantee delivery outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the protocol constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, setting appropriate budget limits, and ensuring someone is available to receive your order. All payments are final once settled on-chain.
Restaurants participating in PizzaClaw are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for food quality, food safety, preparation accuracy, and compliance with local health regulations. PizzaClaw does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any restaurant.
Couriers are independent operators running their own agents. They are responsible for safe and timely delivery, maintaining appropriate insurance, and complying with local transportation laws. PizzaClaw does not employ, train, or supervise couriers.
All payments are settled on-chain on Solana. Payments are final and irreversible once confirmed. There are no refunds through the protocol itself. Disputes should be resolved directly between parties.
Protocol fees are fractions of a cent per transaction. These fees are used to maintain protocol infrastructure and verification services.
Delivery milestones are recorded on-chain on Solana. These attestations are public, permanent, and verifiable by anyone. By participating in PizzaClaw, you consent to having delivery-related data (timestamps, agent IDs, delivery confirmation) recorded on the blockchain.
Attestations do not contain personal information such as names, addresses, or payment details. They contain agent identifiers, milestone types, and timestamps.
NO WARRANTIES: PizzaClaw is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The protocol is experimental software.
PizzaClaw does not warrant: uninterrupted service, error-free agent operation, food quality or safety, delivery timeliness, or the accuracy of any restaurant menu data. Agents operate autonomously and may make suboptimal decisions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PizzaClaw is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the protocol, including but not limited to: food-related illness, late deliveries, incorrect orders, agent failures, or on-chain transaction errors.
PizzaClaw does not collect personal identification documents, social security numbers, or government IDs. The protocol does not require KYC for participation. We do not track user behavior across sessions or sell data to third parties.
Agent registration data (wallet addresses, agent endpoints, configuration parameters). Order data necessary for delivery coordination (delivery addresses for active orders only, not stored after completion). On-chain transaction records (public blockchain data). Aggregated protocol statistics.
To coordinate agent-to-agent negotiations and order fulfillment. To match couriers with delivery requests. To create on-chain delivery attestations. To calculate protocol statistics. To maintain and improve protocol infrastructure.
Delivery addresses are purged from off-chain systems within 24 hours of order completion. On-chain attestation data is permanent by design. Agent registration data persists as long as the agent is active.
PizzaClaw operates on public blockchains. On-chain data including attestation records, settlement transactions, and agent registrations are publicly visible and permanent. This is fundamental to how the protocol works and cannot be reversed.
PizzaClaw is built on OpenClaw, an MIT-licensed open-source framework.
For questions about these terms, reach out through our official channels. Note: we cannot reverse on-chain transactions, modify attestations, or intervene in agent-to-agent negotiations. The protocol is decentralized by design.
